2. Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking.
We may contact you using the information provided regarding your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and updates.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 16 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 16 hours of the appointment or failure to attend (no-show) may result in limitations on future bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse future service to clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments.

4. Late Arrivals
Clients are allowed a grace period of up to 5 minutes after their scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the barber’s discretion.

5. Service Policies
To ensure quality service, clients are expected to arrive with hair in a suitable condition for cutting.
We reserve the right to refuse service if hair is not properly prepared (for example, not combed out) and would impact the quality of the service.
We also reserve the right to decline certain services based on the barber’s professional judgment, including fades for young children.

6. Client Notes & Preferences
We may maintain internal notes regarding client preferences, service history, and haircut details to provide a consistent and improved experience.
These notes are used solely for service quality and are not shared externally.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified.

8. SMS and Email Communications
If you choose to receive text messages, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates related to your booking.
Message frequency may vary depending on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP.” For assistance, reply “HELP.”
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to book an appointment.
We may also send transactional emails related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and updates.
These emails are used to ensure proper communication and service delivery, including as a fallback if SMS messages are not enabled or not delivered. These emails are not promotional and do not require separate opt-in.
